The Role

Join Outcom.AI as a Business Analyst Intern and work at the intersection of data, product, and GTM intelligence. You will translate complex workflows into structured insights, support product design, and contribute directly to how modern revenue teams operate using contextual intelligence and AI-driven systems.

What You'll Do

• Analyze customer workflows and GTM processes to surface bottlenecks and opportunities
• Translate qualitative inputs and data patterns into structured insights and product requirements
• Work with product managers, engineers, and design partners to refine features and user flows
• Support creation of specifications, documentation, and process maps for product development
• Conduct research on industry trends, competitive products, and best practices in GTM operations
• Contribute to dashboards, reports, and analysis used for internal decision-making

What We're Looking For

• Strong analytical thinking and ability to break down complex problems
• Comfort working with data: SQL, spreadsheets, dashboards, or BI tools
• Clear communication skills with the ability to turn ambiguity into structure
• Curiosity about AI, GTM systems, and how revenue teams operate
• Ability to learn quickly, ask the right questions, and operate with ownership
• Professional, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
