What You'll Do

• Architect core backend systems, APIs, and services
• Build integrations, data pipelines, and reasoning logic
• Collaborate directly with the founder on product and architecture
• Ship fast, iterate fast, and help define engineering standards

What We're Looking For

• 4–8 years building production-grade backend systems
• Strong CS fundamentals; Node.js preferred (Python/Java welcome)
• Experience with Postgres/MySQL + NoSQL and scalable backend architectures
• Comfort with integrations, data-heavy systems, and cloud-native environments
• Exposure to LLMs or AI systems is a plus
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/GCP is a plus
• Builder mentality with high ownership and systems thinking
