1.About these terms

These terms apply to your use of outcom.ai (the “site”), operated by OutcomAI, Inc. (“Outcom”, “we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

These terms cover the website only. If you become an Outcom customer, your use of the Outcom platform is governed by the separate agreement and order form you sign with us, not by this page. Where the two differ in respect of the platform, that agreement controls.

2.Using the site

You may read, browse and share the site freely. You agree not to:

• use the site in a way that breaks the law or infringes anyone's rights;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers, or any connected system;
• interfere with the site's operation, including by introducing malware or by placing an unreasonable load on it;
• scrape, crawl or harvest content or contact details at a scale or rate that disrupts the site, or in breach of the instructions in our robots.txt; or
• misrepresent your identity or your affiliation with any person or organisation.

3.Our content

The site and its contents — text, design, graphics, illustrations, and the underlying code — belong to Outcom or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may quote or link to our published writing with attribution. Anything beyond that, including reproducing substantial parts of the site or using it to build a competing product, needs our written permission.

“Outcom”, “Outcom.ai” and our logo are our trademarks. Other names and marks on the site belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.

4.What you send us

When you request a demo or otherwise contact us, you are giving us information about yourself so that we can reply. We handle it as described in our Privacy Policy. Please do not send us confidential, sensitive or regulated information through the website — it is not the right channel for it, and nothing you send through it is treated as confidential unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.

If you send us feedback, ideas or suggestions about our products, we may use them without restriction and without owing you anything for them.

5.Links to other sites

The site links to third-party websites and services we do not control. We include those links for convenience and are not responsible for their content, practices or availability. Your use of them is subject to their own terms.

6.No warranty

The site and everything on it is provided “as is”. We put care into what we publish, but we do not warrant that it is complete, current or error-free, or that the site will be uninterrupted or free of harmful components. Nothing on the site is an offer, a commitment, or professional advice, and product descriptions and forward-looking statements do not create any obligation on us to deliver particular features.

7.Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Outcom will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of your use of — or inability to use — this website. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

8.Changes

We may change the site, or these terms, at any time. When we change these terms we will update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

9.Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The courts located in New Castle County, Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the site, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
