Abhishek Gupta is the Founder & CEO of Outcom. Before founding the company, he spent over two decades building enterprise software businesses and helping organizations realize greater value from technology. Most recently, he served as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Customer Officer at CleverTap, where he helped scale the company into a global SaaS leader. Earlier in his career, he held leadership roles at Sprinklr and Trilogy. He holds an MBA from IIM Bangalore and a degree in Computer Science & Engineering from IIT (BHU) Varanasi.

Working closely with thousands of enterprise customers over the years gave him a front-row seat to one of the biggest gaps in enterprise software: while companies have transformed how they acquire customers, post-sale execution still depends on fragmented systems, manual effort, and reactive workflows. That conviction became the foundation for Outcom — whose mission is to ensure every customer account receives the attention, intelligence, and execution traditionally reserved for a company's most strategic customers, transforming post-sale execution from reactive human effort into proactive, autonomous growth.

Krishna Chaitanya Madgula is the Head of Engineering at Outcom. He leads the engineering organization, shaping the AI platform and the technology behind Outcom's product.

Prior to Outcom, Krishna was a Principal Software Engineer at Cyware, where he built the AI platform behind the company's cybersecurity products. Earlier, at ZopSmart, he designed and built high-scale distributed systems powering enterprise commerce.

Krishna combines deep expertise in distributed systems with a strong foundation in applied AI and machine learning. His experience building production-scale AI platforms, together with his research background, shapes the engineering vision behind Outcom as it builds the next generation of enterprise software.
