Software Engineering Intern

Outcom is building the Revenue Operating System for the consumption era, an AI platform that gives every customer account a dedicated Success Agent™. It reads each account continuously, catches the moments that decide revenue, and turns them into action, with a human on every approval.

As a software engineering intern, you'll work on real features in the intelligence engine at the center of the platform, alongside the team building it. This isn't a coffee-and-tickets internship: you'll ship code that reaches production and see how a multi-tenant AI system is actually put together, from data models to LLM pipelines.

What you'll do

• Ship real code in TypeScript across our backend intelligence engine (and, if you want, the frontend).
• Work with the core stack (PostgreSQL, Redis pub/sub, and the agent pipeline) on features that make it into the product.
• Prototype and test the systems that turn customer signals (usage, conversations, CRM) into intelligence.
• Learn the whole path: how data models, SQL generation, and LLM/agent pipelines fit together in a production, multi-tenant system.

What we're looking for

• Currently pursuing a degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent self-taught, project-driven experience.
• Solid programming fundamentals, with some experience in a typed language (TypeScript, Java, Go, C#, etc.) and comfort with SQL.
• Genuine curiosity about AI, data, and revenue systems. You like understanding how things really work under the hood.
• Self-directed and communicative. You ask good questions, write clearly, and learn fast.

Nice to have

• Side projects, open-source contributions, or previous internships shipping real software.
• Any exposure to LLMs, databases, or full-stack web apps.
